CrossFit Open 18.4 Tips
Week 4 of the 2018 CrossFit Open is here and we are officially past the halfway point. After 3 weeks, Matt Fraser and Kara Saunders (formally Kara Webb) are currently leading the pack in the worldwide leaderboard. We’ll see how 18.4 shakes things up. This one will once again favor the elite athletes. For the rest of us mortals, prepare to have a really sore back this weekend. 😉
