Wodapalooza Individual Online Challenge – WOD 1 Released

The first workout for the individuals online challenge was released on September 13th at 8PM eastern time.  Scores are due by Monday, September 18th at 8PM eastern.

WOD 1:

“Celebrate 7” – 7 min AMRAP of Squat Clean and Jerks (225lb for men, 155lb for women)

*Tie-breaker is the time it takes to complete your first 10 repetitions.


Head over to Wodapalooza for standards, score cards and to submit your score.  Scaled, masters and youth weights are also available on their website.  Good luck to all those competing.
