The 2017 CrossFit Liftoff

The 2017 CrossFit Liftoff kicked off yesterday with the announcement of the workouts. Garrett Fisher trilled the crowd with a snatch PR of 319 lbs. Way to go Garrett! The competition started yesterday and will conclude on Monday, December 4th giving participants 5 days to submit their videos. All workouts must be recorded and must adhere to the standards. Event 1:

1 Rep Max Snatch

 

Event 2:

1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk

 

Event 3:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

25 pull ups

50 calorie row

100 overhead squats

50 box jumps

24 pull ups

Men use a 45 lb barbell and a 24 inch box.

Women use a 45 lb barbell and a 20 inch box.
