2017 Crossfit Team Series Events 1-4 Released

The 2017 Crossfit Team Series has kicked off with the first four events.  Scores are due on Monday 25th by 5 PM PT.  Head over to the CrossFit Games website for further workout descriptions, movement standards and scorecards.

Event 1:

9-15-21 reps for time of:

  • Synchronized thrusters 95 lb/65 lb
  • Synchronized bar-facing burpees

Time Cap: None

 


Event 2:

For time:

  • 120 double unders, each, relay
  • 120 chest-to-bar, total, sets of 15
  • 120 hang power cleans, total, sets of 15 – 95 lb/65 lb
  • 120 double unders, each, relay

 

 

Event 3:

  • 50 synchronized wall balls 20/14
  • 30 cleans 135 lb/95 lb
  • 50 synchronized wall balls
  • 20 cleans 185 lb/135 lb
  • 50 synchronized wall balls
  • 10 cleans 225 lb/155 lb

Time Cap: 12 minutes

 


Event 4:

For Time:

  • 100-cal row, switch as needed
  • 100 toes-to-bar, total

Time Cap: None

Tiebreak: None
