Wodapalooza Individual Online Challenge – WOD 6 Released

WOD 6 was just released for the Wodapalooza Individual Online Challenge and it comes with a 30 minute time cap. Yikes!

WOD 6:

“Muscle-up Sandwich” – For Time:

  • 90 Double-unders
  • 70 Wallballs, 10ft
  • 50 Deadlifts
  • 30 Muscle-ups
  • 50 Deadlifts
  • 70 Wallballs
  • 90 Double-unders

Workout 6 is scored as total time it takes to complete the chipper. Athletes unable to finish will add a :01 penalty for every rep not completed (ie. if unable to complete 30 MU, 50 DL’s, 70 WB’s & 90 Dubs, score = 24:00)

Time-cap: 30 minutes
Tie-break: Time from the start, through the completion of the first set of deadlifts.
