4 Minute AMRAP

If athlete completes 4 rounds in 4 minutes, athlete will be rewarded 4 more minutes to complete as many rounds as possible.
Prior to the start of the workout, athletes must create a box for their hand and head placement. Learn more about setting the correct Handstand Push Up line at the bottom of this section. Also set your clock to 8 minutes in case you finish the 4 Rounds in 4 minutes.
This workout begins with the athlete standing under the rings. At the call of “3, 2, 1, go,” the athlete will have 4 minutes to perform as many repetitions as possible of 3 Ring Muscle Ups, 6 Strict Handstand Push Ups, and 36 Double Unders. If an athlete completes 4 rounds in under 4 minutes, they will be rewarded 4 more minutes to complete as many rounds as possible of the same triplet, making it turn into an 8 minute AMRAP. If the athlete completes the 4 rounds in under 4 minutes, they do not have to wait for the clock to hit 4 minutes before they start. They can start their 5th round as soon as their 4th round is finished.
The athlete’s score for Qualifier 4 will be total number of repetitions the athlete completes in either 4 minutes, or if the athlete is rewarded, 8 minutes.

100 Wall Balls
21 Overhead Squats
21 Bar Facing Burpees
15 Hand Squat Snatch
15 Bar Facing Burpees
9 Squat Snatch
9 Bar Facing Burpees
Men will use 20lb Wall Ball and 95# Barbell
Women will use 14lb Wall Ball and 65# Barbell
Prior to starting this workout, each athlete will need to measure and mark the height of their wall ball target clearly. This workout begins with the athlete standing tall and the medicine balls resting on the floor. At the call of “3, 2, 1, go!” the athlete will pick up their medicine ball and begin their set of wall balls. Once 100 shots are completed, they will move to their barbell to complete 21 Overhead Squats then 21 Burpee Over Bar. Then they move back to their barbell to complete 15 Hang Squat Snatch then 15 Burpee Over Bar. Then they will move back to their barbell to complete 9 Squat Snatch and 9 Burpee Over Bar.
If the final 9 Burpee Over Bar are completed, the athlete will move back to their wall ball to complete another round.
The athlete’s score will be total number of repetitions completed within the 14 minute time cap.
3 Minute AMRAP
12 Hang Power Cleans
9 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Men will use a 185# Barbell and 30” box
Women will use a 125# Barbell and 24” box
This workout begins with the athlete standing tall at their barbell. At the call of 3-2-1 Go, each athlete will grab their barbell and complete 12 Hang Power Cleans. Once complete, they will move to their box to complete 9 Burpee Box Jump Overs. No Step Ups will be allowed except in 50+ and Community Division. If 9 Burpee Box Jumps are completed, the athlete will move back to their barbell to complete another round.
The athlete’s score will be total number of repetitions completed within the 3 minute time cap.
