Wodapalooza Individual Online Challenge – WOD 4 & 5 Released 

WODs 4 & 5 have just been released and both have to be performed together.  There’s a 20 minute time cap for this one and it combines both strength and stamina.

WOD 4:

“Two For One Special” – 2 Rounds For Time:

  • 40 Cal Row
  • 40 Toes to Bar
  • 40 Overhead Squats

Immediately into:

WOD 5:

With remaining time (or if not completed at the 18:00) find:

  • 1 Rep Max Hang Snatch

Time Cap: 20 minutes

WOD 4 is scores as the total time it takes to complete the two rounds of the triplet. WOD 5 is scores as the heaviest single lift in pounds.

The tie-breaker is scored as the time it takes to complete round one of WOD 4.  If an athlete is unable to complete the two full rounds beneath the time cap, a one rep penalty will be assessed for every missed rep.
