The champ and former champ have released the first workout of their partner competition.  There’s no telling how many workouts they will be releasing but winners must beat their score with video proof.  How difficult will that be?

50 Double Unders

15 Toes to Bar

5 Bench Press 225/155

*Complete rounds back and forth.
